20 Tips to Better Living
- Eradicate negative mental attitude. Try to always be positive. Being positive makes
it easier for you to search for solution to any problem you are facing. Being positive
also makes you happier.
- Avoid undue stress. Stress is the number one cause of tons of diseases. Stress weakens
your immune system. If you want to be healthy you have to find ways of dealing with
stress effectively.
- Stop worrying. Ask yourself this question: Will the situation that you are facing

things that you worry about never happen.
- Eliminate feeling of inferiority. Remember that you are created in the image of
God. How can you ever be inferior?

It is always better to have more friends than enemies.

you enjoy your life more. All your mental anguish come from either remembering passed
experiences or fretting over future outcome. Living in the present moment is one
of the best ways to make yourself happier.
- Believe in abundance. Believing in abundance will help you to be abundant. "Abundance
is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into."(Wayne Dyer)

toward others, it not only makes others feel loved and cared for, but it helps us
also to develop inner happiness and peace." (Dalai Lama)

Eat a cup of raisins every day if you want to decrease appetite and improve your blood cholesterol profile. A University of Connecticut, Storrs study showed that eating raisins decreased LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol), increased fiber intake, and altered hormones regulating hunger and satiety (feeling of fullness) in men and women aged 50-70 years of age. Increasing walking volume also had positive effects on the blood fat profile but did not influence appetite control hormones. Simple lifestyle changes such as eating more raisins can make you leaner and healthier. (Metabolism Clinical and Experimental, 58: 120-128, 2009)

Caffeine may one day be an ingredient in sunscreen, researchers are saying. Studies have suggested that caffeine may offer protection from skin cancer. Dr. Paul Ngheim, an associate professor of dermatology in Seattle, looked at caffeine's effect on skin cells which were damaged by ultraviolet radiation; caffeine interrupted a protein called ATR-Chk1, causing damaged cells to self-destruct. Sculpt a nice butt with wide-stance squats! This exercise is the best and fastest way to build sexy and shapely lower body muscles that will turn heads. The wide stance activates your body muscles better than narrow or medium-width stances.
Personal trainers and strength coaches often tell women that a shoulder-width squat is optimal for targeting the gluts and quads. This advice is based more on tradition practice and urban legend than on scientific fact. A shoulder-width stance makes it more difficult to use the hips during the squat. Consequently, you rock forward on your toes and take much of the load on the back and quads, which can cause pain in the knees, back and neck. Increasing the stance width enhances the load on the large glutei muscles and allows you to maintain a neutral spine during the exercise.
