Boot Camp: This is a collaborative group effort to reach your maximum potential through various team oriented exercises and drills.

Boxing: It conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems.

Contemporary Dance / Liturgical: A dance that is incorporated into liturgies or worship services. It is an expression of prayer or worship through body movement. The dancers will respond with an appropriate dance which flows from the music that enhances the prayer or worship experience.

Hatha Yoga: It is a smooth flowing yoga that concentrates on strength, balance and light meditation. This is the traditional Yoga that is most done in most fitness classes that don't advertise a specific type of Yoga.

Kukuwa Dance Workout: KDW® is a low impact/high energy choreographed workout designed to target your cardiovascular system, improve your fitness level and pump fun through your veins. It is open to participants at all fitness levels. You burn 970 fat calories in a 60 minute KDW® class. Get ready to work muscles you didn't realize you had. You will lift off on an exotic African expedition with the "agbaja" and "adowa", glide through the plains of Latin America with "salsa" and "merengue", and cruise to the Caribbean Islands through the carnival celebrations!
